Cloud Sites – DFW | WC2 | Online
UPDATE: Thank you for your patience as we worked to restore service to
our Cloud Sites system this morning. The service interruption was
related to a power outage related to tonight’s scheduled data center maintenance on UPS Cluster G
in our DFW data center. We have posted an official Rackspace incident

As of 12:35AM CST Rackspace Cloud engineers are seeing intermittent connectivity to our WC2 cluster in our Dallas – Fort Worth (DFW)
and data center. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as
possible and will update the status post accordingly. If you have any

UPDATE: As of 1:15am CST, Rackspace Cloud engineers have identified that a Rackspace data center maintenance issue has caused residual intermittent power connectivity to our Cloud Sites system. Our operations team is still working to address the current connectivity issues. We are making significant progress and we will post another update here shortly.
UPDATE: As of 1:30am CST, service has been restored to the majority of our technology clusters in our WC2 cluster. Some sites may still be having performance issues. We are continuing to monitor and address the situation. Additional updates to follow.
UPDATE: As of 2:00am CST, we are still trouble shooting a few remaining SSL issues. Again, the majority of customer sites should be responding normally now.
UPDATE: As of 2:30am CST, we have corrected the issue regarding our SSL clusters in WC2. At this point, all services and clusters should now be online and responding for Cloud Sites in WC2. Please contact a member of our support staff if you’re seeing any additional issues.
UPDATE: As of 4:20am CST, we are seeing a few residual issues with our DNS and FTP cluster pools in WC2. Engineers are working to restore service.
UPDATE: As of 4:27am CST, engineers corrected the outstanding residual issues and have once again fully restored service.
