CloudFiles Emergency Maintenance [ONLINE]
UPDATE: Thank you for your patience as we worked to restore service to our Cloud Files system this morning. The service interruption was related to a power outage related to tonight’s scheduled data center maintenance on UPS Cluster G in our DFW data center. 12:55 AM CST: CloudfFiles is undergoing emergency maintenance at this time. During this maintenance some Jungle Disk and Rackspace Cloud customers will be placed in read-only mode while the maintenance is underway. We will provide updates periodically to keep you informed on the status of this maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
1:40 AM CST: [UPDATE] We are still working on this issue and we will keep you abreast of our progress in future updates.
2:10 AM CST: [UPDATE] A majority of Rackspace Cloud and Jungle Disk Customers are now read/write while a few Rackspace Cloud and Jungle Disk customers remain in read only mode while we work to resolve the issue.
2:53 AM CST [UPDATE] All Rackspace Cloud customers are now read/write. Some Jungle Disk customers are sill read only at this time.
