Packet loss for some Road Runner customers to STL-A and STL-B Slices
We are receiving reports of packet loss from some Road Runner (Time Warner Cable) customers to Slices in STL-A and STL-B.
We are investigating the issue.
Update: 1:00 am – packet loss seems to have subsided, we’ll continue monitoring.
