Highrise is looking much better. We’re still keeping a close eye on it. Sorry for the interruption this morning!

We just received alerts that Highrise is having some performance problems. We’re taking a look now.

Basecamp is stable again! Thanks for sticking with us even though it’s been a bumpy ride today.

Basecamp has been a little slow this morning (since about 10:30 CST). Our team is working to get it back up to speed.

We’ve mopped up all the mess around Highrise — performance should be squeaky clean from here on out. Please accept our sincere apology for the mess we made this morning. Now that this is cleaned up we hope you can enjoy a faster Highrise.

We are deploying additional performance fixes for Highrise now. Performance has been normal for the last 40+ minutes but we are continuing to monitor things closely for any sign of additional trouble. Thanks again for being patient with us this morning.

We’ve got a stop gap fix in place while we work on a more permanent solution. Sorry for the mess this morning. This is not our best!

Highrise is slower than normal again. We understand the cause and we are working quickly to get a fix in place.

Everything is well with Highrise again. We’ve identified the source of this problem as an configuration change in the the application. We’ve fixed the change and verified performance is improved. Since one is good and two is better, we’ve got two engineers keeping an eye on things now. We are really sorry for the slow down this morning. Should be smooth sailing from here.
