Between 11:27 AM PST and 12:14 PM PST a small number of EBS volumes in a single AZ in the EU-WEST-1 region experienced degraded performance. Additionally, a small number of newly launched EBS-backed instances failed to reach the running state. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Message: Between 9:52 PM and 11:21 PM PST a small number of instances experienced elevated packet loss between Availability Zones. Internet connectivity was not affected. The service is now operating normally.

Between 1:28 PM and 2:08 PM PST some instances experienced connectivity issues in the EU-WEST-1 Region. During this time, the EC2 APIs saw increased error rates and latencies. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

We are investigating increased error rates and latencies for the EC2 APIs as well as connectivity issues for some instances in a single availability zone in the EU-WEST-1 Region.
