Between 1:37 PM and 3:17 PM PDT, some instances in a single availability zone in the EU-WEST-1 Region experienced network connectivity degradation. Performance of some EBS volumes in that single availability zone was also degraded during this time. Instance connectivity and volume performance has been restored and the service is operating normally.
