Between 1:37 PM and 3:17 PM PDT, some instances in a single availability zone in the EU-WEST-1 Region experienced network connectivity degradation. Performance of some EBS volumes in that single availability zone was also degraded during this time. Instance connectivity and volume performance has been restored and the service is operating normally.

Between 10:20 AM and 11:45 AM PDT the EBS APIs experienced increased error rates in the EU-WEST-1 Region. Launches of EBS-backed instances also experienced intermittent failures. The issue has been resolved and the service is now operating normally.
