The service is now operating normally. We saw elevated API latencies in the EU-WEST-1 region from 2:43 AM PDT to 3:02 AM PDT.
We are investigating elevated API latencies in the EU-WEST-1 region.
We can confirm that there were a few brief periods of elevated packet loss for some instances in the EU-West-1 region. This issue is now resolved and the service is operating normally.
We’re investigating networking issues in the EU-West-1 region.
Some instances in the EU-West-1 region experienced degraded connectivity starting at 10:14 PM PST. By 11:10 PM PST, all affected instances had fully restored connectivity. Since this time the service has been operating normally.
Connectivity to most affected instances has recovered for the last 15 minutes (11:10 PM PST). We are continuing to investigate a low level of elevated packet loss in the region.
