The service is operating normally. All current Amazon CloudWatch metrics are available, and delayed metrics are being backfilled. All impacted Auto Scaling triggers are now functioning normally.

A small number of EBS volumes in a single availability zone in US-EAST-1 region are currently experiencing connectivity issues. We are working to restore connectivity to these volumes.

A subset of instances in a single Availability Zone in the US-EAST-1 region experienced degraded connectivity from 3:05pm PDT to 3:08pm PDT. Full connectivity has been restored.

From 7:10 to 8:00 PM PDT, EBS related API calls experienced elevated error rates in the US-East-1 region. Some EBS related API calls also experienced increased latency between 6:45 and 8:40 PM PDT. Error rates and latencies have fully recovered and the service is operating normally.
