Amazon RDS connectivity issues are resolved. We are working individually with a small handful of customers, who have ongoing issues specific to their database instances.
The majority of Amazon RDS instances have regained connectivity.
We are in the process of restoring connectivity to all Amazon RDS instances. We have verified that some instances now have connectivity.
We can confirm that Amazon RDS instances are experiencing connectivity issues. All instances continue to operate, however, customers are unable to reach their instances.
