Requests to S3 in the EU-WEST-1 region between 10:37AM PST to 10:41AM PST and 11:18AM PST to 11:22AM PST experienced higher than normal error rates. The issue is now resolved and the service is operating normally.

We are currently investigating increased errors for requests to our EU-WEST-1 region.

Between 10:10AM PDT and 12:30PM PDT some customers may have experienced increased latency for requests due to an issue with one of our Internet Service Providers in the EU-West-1 region. All traffic is now moved away from this provider and latency has returned to normal.

Between 10:10AM PDT and 12:05PM PDT some customers may have experienced increased latency for requests due to an issue with one of our Internet Service Providers in the EU-West-1 region. We have moved traffic away from this provider and latency has improved. We are continuing to work with our ISPs to fully resolve the issue.

We are continuing to investigating increased latency for requests in the EU-West-1 region. At this time it appears to be related to an issue with one of our Internet Service Providers.

Between 1:45 PST and 2:40 PST, some customers experienced problems loading the Amazon S3 Console. This issue has been resolved and the console is operating normally.

Some customers are currently unable to load the Amazon S3 Console. We are actively working to resolve the issue.

We have secured additional capacity from our transit providers to alleviate the impact of the network outage. Response times have improved and we are continuing to work with our providers to get back to full capacity.
