EC2 API error rates in the US-EAST-1 Region have now recovered. The service is operating normally.
We are experiencing elevated error rates for EC2-related API calls in US-EAST-1 Region. There is no impact to running instances or VPN connections. We are continuing to investigate this issue.
Connectivity to new VPN Connections has been restored. The service is operating normally.
Connectivity to all VPCs has been restored. Customers may still experience connectivity issues with new VPN Connections. We are working to resolve this remaining issue.
We have determined the cause of the connectivity issues and are in the process of recovering connectivity. Instances within VPCs affected by this issue are still running and will regain full connectivity.
We are investigating connectivity issues for some VPN connections.
DNS resolution has recovered. During this issue the service was operating normally.
We can confirm some customers in the West Coast are experiencing issues with resolving DNS. The service is successfully responding to requests.
Launch requests have now returned to normal. At no time were running instances impacted.
We are investigating elevated launch failure rates affecting some Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs).
