We identified an issue with a subset of servers causing request timeouts. This issue impacted a subset of requests from customers in the Central and Eastern US, and customers in Europe. We’ve corrected the issue.

Some users with high-latency internet connections are experiencing
intermittent connection timeouts in the Amazon S3 Management Console. We are actively investigating and working to resolve the issue.

Amazon EC2 data is now available through the console. The service is operating normally.

Data for Amazon EC2 resources is temporarily unavailable via the AWS Management Console. This is due to the current Amazon EC2 API issue. Existing instances are not affected by this issue. Once Amazon EC2 APIs are restored, data will be available via the console.

We’re investigating an elevated number of errors returned by requests to the Amazon EC2 web service API.
