A small number of users might be experiencing difficulties logging into the AWS Management Console. If you are experiencing issues logging into the AWS Management Console, please clear your cookies and try again.

Service is operating normally: [RESOLVED] Elevated error rates in Amazon S3 Management Console

The AWS Management Console for Amazon S3 experienced intermittent elevated error rates between 16:30 PST on 1/15/2011 and 13:00 PST on 1/16/2011. During that time a small percentage of customers experienced errors when interacting with parts of the AWS Management Console for Amazon S3, including (but not limited to): bucket creation, bucket/folder viewing, and object properties viewing. The issue did not affect any of Amazon S3′s APIs nor other sections of the AWS Management Console (e.g. Amazon EC2, Amazon CloudFront). The issue has been resolved and the service has been returned to normal.

Amazon EC2 data is now available through the console. The service is operating normally.

Data for Amazon EC2 resources is temporarily unavailable via the AWS Management Console. This is due to the current Amazon EC2 API issue. Existing instances are not affected by this issue. Once Amazon EC2 APIs are restored, data will be available via the console.

The problem has been resolved. Console login operations have returned to normal.
