LAX Re-routed

Emergency router maint.  All traffic to this site will be diverted to an alternate site during the maintenance.UPDATE:  This has been completed and traffic is being routed normally.

Miami Maintenance

We’ve temporarily re-routed our Miami facility for routing maintenance with our third party carriers. Traffic normally destined for our Miami site will automatically be re-routed to alternate facilities. All services will continue to operate as normal while we perform this maintenance.

Seattle Re-Routed

We have temporarily taken our Seattle site offline while the facility performs power maintenance on our circuits. All users that are normally routed to our Seattle facility will be automatically re-routed to alternate facilities. No services should be impacted by this maintenance.  Services are expected to be restored at 8:45 UTC.

Router maintenance in London

At 23:30 UTC (00:30 am BST) we will be taking our London systems offline while we perform routine router maintenance.  During this time period, all services will be automatically rerouted to alternate facilities. In most cases, this will be Amsterdam and our brand new facility in Frankfurt.

All services will continue to operate as normal while this maintenance is performed.

UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed. Traffic to this site has returned to normal.

Router maintenance in Chicago

 

At 04:30 UTC (11:30 pm central) we will be taking our Chicago systems offline while we perform routine router maintenance.  During this time period, all services will be automatically rerouted to alternate facilities. In most cases, this will be New York, Washington, DC or Dallas.

All services will continue to operate as normal while this maintenance is performed.

UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed. Traffic to this site has returned to normal.

Router maintenance in Seattle

At 04:00 UTC (9:00 pm pacific) we temporarily took our Seattle systems offline while we performed routine router maintenance.  During this time period, all services were automatically rerouted to alternate facilities. In most cases, this would have been Palo Alto, Los Angeles or Chicago.

All services continued to operate as normal while this maintenance was performed.

New York Rerouted

At 04:00 UTC all traffic to our New York facility will be rerouted due to scheduled network maintenance.  We expect all services to be restored in our New York facility by 06:00 UTC (23:00 PDT)

UPDATE: After starting our maintenance the engineers have decided to extend the window to 10:00 UTC (03:00 PDT)

UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed. Traffic to this site has returned to normal.

New York Rerouted

At 04:00 UTC all traffic to our New York facility will be rerouted due to scheduled network maintenance.We expect all services to be restored in our New York facility by 06:00 UTC (23:00 PDT)

UPDATE: After starting our maintenance the engineers have decided to extend the window to 08:00 UTC (01:00 PDT)

UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed. Traffic to this site has returned to normal.

New York re-routed

We’re currently investigating abnormal behavior with our New York router and have temporarily re-routed traffic normally destined to this site to alternate facilities.  In most cases, users that normally go to New York will be routed to Chicago or Washington DC.

Update: We’ve identified the cause of the abnormal behavior and have taken steps to ensure all services are functioning as normal. The site is now serving traffic as normal.

Miami Re-routed

We’re currently having some abnormal traffic patterns at our Miami location. To avoid any potential interruption of services, we’ve withdrawn our resolver anycast announcement from the site. All users will automatically be re-routed to the closest alternate site.UPDATE:  Traffic to Miami has been restored.
