At approximately 1:15 PM CT, the Rackspace Cloud engineers identified an issue on PHP 5-25 in our DFW data center. Currently, the cluster is running in a degraded state. Our engineers are diligently working on resolving the issue.

UPDATE: As of 2:05 PM CT, our Engineers made configuration changes to mitigate the effects of the issue. The issue is now resolved. Services are back to online status.

At approximately 1:15 PM CT, the Rackspace Cloud Operations team identified a network traffic issue within DFW1-2 of our DFW Data Center that is affecting multiple clusters (SSL, PHP, etc.). Currently, customer sites may be down or experiencing latency in their connectivity. Our Operations team is actively working to resolve the issue.

UPDATE: As of 2:45 PM CT, our engineers and technicians are working to correct this issue.

UPDATE: As of 2:55 PM CT, our engineers seem to have corrected the issue, we will continue monitoring the system.

UPDATE: As of 3:55 PM CT, our engineers are still seeing some sites as intermittently being affected. We will continue to monitor and work on this issue.

UPDATE: As of 5:45 PM CT, our engineers and technicians are still working to correct this issue.

At approximately 8:00 PM CST , Rackspace Cloud Engineers identified an issue with our Control Panel and API. We are currently experiencing intermittent accessibility and some functionality may be degraded. Our Engineers are diligently working on the issue.

UPDATE at 9:30 PM CST: Our Operations and Engineering team are continuing to work towards resolving this issue. We appreciate your patience while we work to restore full functionality.

UPDATE at 10:05 CST: At this time our Engineering team has resolved the issue and normal performance has returned to the Control Panel and API.

Our developers are working on a solution to be put in place. All accumulated CDN logs will be eventually delivered once our Log Delivery Service is re-enabled.
