CloudFiles customers using the storage101.dfw1.clouddrive.com may experience brief disconnects while we perform maintenance on our system. We will update you as soon as maintenance has been completed.

We are currently experiencing issues with the Limelight CDN and our engineers our currently working on the issue. We will keep you updated on the status of this issue.
[UPDATE 8:00 PM CDT] The issue has been isolated and resolved and CDN functionality is now normal.

[04:45 CDT] CloudFiles is currently performing emergency maintenance. During this period some JungleDisk customers will be in read only mode while the problem is investigated and corrected. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will have an update for you soon.
[05:16 CDT] The issue has been discovered and we are currently working on correcting the issue. The maintenance should take approximately 4 hours to complete. We will keep you up to date on our progress.
[07:28 CDT] The emergency maintenance has concluded, and all customers are currently read/write once more. Thank you for your patience.

Our Engineers have noticed problems with our CDN provider we should have a resolution for you shortly.

Our Engineers have resolved our connectivity issues and CDN content should now be serving as normal. We apologize for any troubles that this may have caused

[6:20pm CDT] multiple DDIs were receiving authentication errors when trying to access Files through the API, or errors on operations through the API. Customer control panel listed no containers or objects.

[Aug 12 15:20 CDT] CloudFiles is currently performing emergency maintenance. During this period some customers will be in read only mode while the problem is investigated and corrected. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will have an update for you soon.
[Update Aug 12 16:19 CDT] All CloudFiles clusters are now again fully online in Read/Write mode.

CloudFiles customers utilizing the Limelight CDN are currently experiencing issues when attempting to access CDN enabled objects in CloudFiles. We are currently working with Limelight to resolve this issue, and we will keep you updated on the status of this issue.
[UPDATE 12:55 CDT] The issue has been resolved and the CDN is once again accessible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
[UPDATE 2:30 CDT] Our Engineers have noticed problems with connectivity to our CDN provider LimeLight we are currently working with them to resolve this issue. This could cause degraded performance when accessing resources from your CDN enabled content but uploads and connections to the storage interface directly are not impacted. Thank you for your patience and support.
[UPDATE 3:57 CDT] We are still working with LimeLight to resolve this issue and should have an update for you soon.
[UPDATE 5:01 CDT] Our engineers have stabilized traffic to our origin servers and Cloud Files CDN is now serving files as expected. They will continue to monitor the systems to ensure functionality remains as expected. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
[UPDATE 7:21 CDT] Our Engineers are seeing issues with our CDN provider LimeLight we are working to resolve this issue and should have everything up and running as expected shortly. Thanks for your patience while we mitigate this issue.

On July 21st at 7:00 PM CloudFiles will be performing routine maintenance. During this time period customers using the storage4.clouddrive.com, may experience some latency. We will update this post once maintenance has been completed.

[12:30 PM CDT] Some Jungle Disk customers are currently read only as we perform emergency maintenance. Maintenance is estimated to complete around 6:30 PM CDT. We will keep you updated on our progress.

On July 12th at 8PM CDT CloudFiles will be performing a routine system maintenance for CloudFiles customers currently using the storage101.dfw1.clouddrive.com URL. While unlikely you may experience intermittent error’s when attempting to mark containers CDN enabled. This maintenance should be completed by 9:30PM CDT.
Update: 9:01:06 PM CDT: Tonight’s maintenance has now been completed.
