At approximately 2:45 PM CT, Rackspace Cloud Engineers identified an issue with our Control Panel and API. Users may experience intermittent accessibility issues to the Control Panel and API. Our engineers are investigating the issue and we will continue to post updates as we progress through the issue.
UPDATE: As of 3:00 PM CT, this issue has been resolved, and full functionality restored.

Rackspace Cloud Engineers will be performing a maintenance on the ORD Cloud Files environment that will take place from 2:00 PM CDT to 2:30 PM CDT. During this maintenance window, customers in the ORD Cloud Files environment will be unable to modify any CDN settings, for CDN enabled containers. We will update this post again as soon as this issue is resolved.

At approximately 3:45PM CT, Rackspace Cloud Engineers identified an issue with our Cloud Files Control Panel and the Cloud Files API. We are currently experiencing intermittent accessibility issues and functionality may be degraded. Customers may not be able to view containers in the Cloud Files Control Panel.
Further updates will be posted here as they become available.
Update: As of about 5:15 PM CT, the Cloud Files CP and API are back online. All functionality has been restored.

Cloudfiles will be performing a maintenance on the DFW1 storage end point (storage101.dfw1.clouddrive.com) that will take place from 4:00 PM CDT to 9:00 PM CDT. While unlikely, customers using the storage101.dfw1.clouddrive.com end point during this period may experience intermittent disconnects or an increased error rate. We will update you once this maintenance has been completed.

At approximately 7:00pm CST, Rackspace Cloud Engineers identified an issue with our Control Panel and API. We are currently experiencing intermittent accessibility and some functionality may be degraded.
[Update 21:40 CST] A temporary fix has been put in place for Control Panel and it is functional at this time. We’ll provide an additional update for the API endpoint shortly.
