On Jan. 31st, Rackspace will start the DFW1 CDN1 CloudFiles transition to Akamai.
On Jan. 24th, Rackspace will start the ORD CloudFIles transition to Akamai CDN provider.
Cloudfiles will be performing a CDN maintenance that will take place from 4:00 PM CDT to 4:30 PM CDT. During this period, those customers speaking to the cdn.clouddrive.com management URL may experience brief disconnects. We will update you once this maintenance has been completed.
UPDATE[4:30 PM CDT] Maintenance has been completed successfully .
On Jan. 17th, Rackspace starts the UK CloudFIles transition to Akamai CDN provider.
We are aware of a backbone provider related issue effecting some of our European customers. There does not appear to be a problem with Cloud Files or our CDN provider at this time.
[UPDATE 10:35 PM CDT] We have not received any further reports of issues.
CloudFiles customers using the storage101.dfw1.clouddrive.com may experience brief disconnects while we perform maintenance on our system. We will update you as soon as maintenance has been completed.
[UPDATE 5:30 PM CDT] Maintenance has been completed successfully.
We are currently experiencing issues with the Limelight CDN and our engineers our currently working on the issue. We will keep you updated on the status of this issue.
[UPDATE 8:00 PM CDT] The issue has been isolated and resolved and CDN functionality is now normal.
[04:45 CDT] CloudFiles is currently performing emergency maintenance. During this period some JungleDisk customers will be in read only mode while the problem is investigated and corrected. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will have an update for you soon.
[05:16 CDT] The issue has been discovered and we are currently working on correcting the issue. The maintenance should take approximately 4 hours to complete. We will keep you up to date on our progress.
[07:28 CDT] The emergency maintenance has concluded, and all customers are currently read/write once more. Thank you for your patience.
Our Engineers have noticed problems with our CDN provider we should have a resolution for you shortly.

Our Engineers have resolved our connectivity issues and CDN content should now be serving as normal. We apologize for any troubles that this may have caused
[6:20pm CDT] multiple DDIs were receiving authentication errors when trying to access Files through the API, or errors on operations through the API. Customer control panel listed no containers or objects.
[7:00pm CDT] Control panel and authentication issues resolved
