At approximately 9:35 AM CT, the Rackspace Cloud Operations team identified a network traffic issue within WC2 of our DFW Data Center that is affecting multiple clusters (SSL, PHP, etc.). Currently, customer sites may be down or experiencing latency connectivity. Our Operations team is actively working to resolve the issue.
As of 10:00AM CT, our Engineers continue working on this issue. We thank you for your patience.

As of 10:25AM CT, our Engineers were able to make configuration changes in order to mitigate the effects of the issue. At this time, WC2 within our DFW datacenter is back to normal functionality. Previously affected sites should be back to normal. We greatly apologize for this inconvenience.

At approximately 6:25 PM CST, Rackspace Cloud Engineers identified an issue with our Control Panel. We are currently experiencing intermittent accessibility and some functionality may be degraded. Our Engineers are diligently working on the issue.
Update: As of about 7:05 PM CST, Cloud Engineers have restored full functionality to the Control Panel.

At approximately 1:45 PM CT, Rackspace Cloud engineers have identified an issue with PHP clusters in DFW wc2. Customer websites that reside on these particular clusters may experience intermittent timeouts, no suitable node errors, and/or longer load times. Our engineers continue working towards a resolution.
At approximately 2:10 OM CT, our Rackspace Cloud engineers were able to resolve the issue. Functionality has returned; however, if you continue to experience issues, please dont hesitate to contact your support team!

At approximately 8:45 AM CT, the Rackspace Cloud Operations team identified an SSL issue in our DFW data center. Currently, customer sites utilizing SSL may experience connectivity issues. Our Operations team is actively working to resolve the issue.
UPDATE: at 9:45AM CT, our Operations team continues to work on the SSL issue. Websites utilizing SSL in our wc2.dfw datacenter on our SSL-1 cluster may be experiencing connectivity issues.
UPDATE: as of 10:45AM CT, our Operations team is still working on resolving the SSL issue in our wc2.dfw datacenter within the SSL-1 cluster.
UPDATE: as of 11:15AM CT, our Operations team has resolved the issue affecting the SSL-1 cluster in our wc2.dfw datacenter. Sites utilizing SSL in that cluster should be resolving normally.

At about 10:30 AM CT, Our engineers have identified an issue with cluster php5-19 in dfw wc2. Customer websites that reside on that particular cluster may experience intermittent timeouts, no suitable node errors, and/or longer load times. Our engineers continue working towards a resolution.
Update: At about 11:30 CT, Cloud Engineers have resolved the issue and restored full functionality to php5-19 in dfw wc2.

As of 1:00 PM CST, The Rackspace Cloud Systems engineers have identified an issue with new sites in our ORD WC1 Datacenter. New sites after 15minutes will display "Please come back later" when using their test link.
Update: 2:00 PM CT, Cloud engineers have resolved the provisioning issue and restored full functionality.

At approximately 1:15 PM CT, the Cloud Sites Team has become temporarily unavailable via the chat and phone support mediums. During this time, our ticket and phone availability is not impacted.
UPDATE: As of 1:40 PM CT, this issue has been resolved. The Cloud Sites Support team is now fully available via telephone, chats, and tickets.

At approximately 6:00om CST, A few Rackspace Cloud Load Balancer Nodes are experiencing networking issues. The result of these networking issues results in service interruption. Our Operations and Engineering Teams are diligently working on this issue as our top priority. There will be updates as the investigation continues.

As of about 4:00 PM CT, the Rackspace Cloud engineers identified an issue on MySQL 50-29 in our DFW data center. At this time, connections to this database server are intermittently affected. At th is time, it is in READ ONLY mode. Our engineers are diligently working on resolving the issue.
Update: As of about 5:00pm CT, Rackspace Engineers identified and resolved issues with MySQL 50-29. The cluster is back online.
