Cloud Sites | PHP5-20 DFW 1-1 | Online

At around 9:30AM CST, our Cloud Sites Engineering team was notified of reports of intermittent latency on our PHP5-20 cluster in our DFW datacenter. Our engineers are currently actively engaged in troubleshooting the issue. Customers with PHP websites utlizing this cluster may experience intermittent latency and possible timeouts until the issue is resolved.

 UPDATE: At about 10:00AM CST, our Cloud Sites Engineering team was able to mitigate the latency and timeouts on our PHP5-20 cluster in our DFW datacenter. Customers with websites utilizing this cluster should no longer be experiencing latency caused by this issue.

Cloud Sites | Authenticated Webmail Issues | Online

Our Engineers have identified an issue that is resulting in errors when logging into our authenticated Webmail interface. Our Engineers are diligently working on this issue. *Please note that the unauthenticated, email relays are not affected.

Update: At approximately 8:28 US Central time, Webmail accessability has been restored.

Cloud Sites | Live Chat System Maintenance | Saturday, April 21st, 2012 0400 – 0900 UTC

On Saturday, April 21st, 2012 at 0400 UTC (Friday, April 20th 2012 at 11:00PM CDT) the Rackspace Cloud Live Chat system will undergo a maintenance. This will last until Saturday, April 21st, 2012 0900 UTC (4:00AM CDT) for a total maintenance window of 5 hours.

During this maintenance we expect approximately 30 minutes of Live Chat unavailability and a possibility of intermittent interruptions with Live Chat throughout the time specified. Our technicians will still be available via phones and ticket during this time.

At approximately 3:50 PM CT, the Rackspace Cloud Operations team identified an issue with stor10 in our WC2.DFW Data Center that is affecting website connectivity. Currently, customer sites are experiencing latency in their connectivity. Our Operations team is actively working to resolve the issue.

Update: As of about 3:55 PM CT  Rackspace Engineers have restored full functionality to the affected sites.

At approximately 3:00 PM CT, the Rackspace Cloud Operations team identified an issue within our WC2.DFW Data Center that is affecting website connectivity. Currently, customer sites are experiencing latency in their connectivity. Our Operations team is actively working to resolve the issue.

[Update @ 3:40pm CT]  Rackspace Engineers have identified the issue and have worked on a remedy to ensure better connectivity to our customer base.  We will leave the status in MONITORING until we are certain that we no further issues.

As of about 11:40 AM CT, the Rackspace Cloud Engineers identified a network traffic issue on MySQL 50-75 server in our DFW2 data center.  At this time, customers may experience time-outs or errors referring to the database being in Read-Only. Our engineers are diligently working on resolving the issue.

Update: As of about 12:10 PM CT, The Rackspace Cloud Engineers have resolved the issue and restored full functionality.

As of about 12:00 PM CT, our Cloud Sites Engineering team was notified of reports of issues on our MySQL 50-40 server in our DFW1 data center. At this time, customers with websites utlizing this database server may experience time-outs or errors referring to failed database connections. Our engineers are diligently working on resolving the issue.

 UPDATE: As of 12:15PM CT, our Cloud Sites Engineeiring team was able to mitigate the high trafic situation on the MySQL 50-40 server in our DFW1 data center. At this time, customers with websites utilizing this database server should no longer be experiencing time-outs or errors in regards to this issue.
