Cloud Fail

As of 12:40 PM CST, The Rackspace Cloud engineers have identified an issue
that’s causing degradation in FTP performance for our San
Antonio, TX Data Center. We’re working diligently to solve this issue
and will provide updates to this blog once we’ve received more
information.  For further updates please refer to this post as our
support channels may be full at this time.

UPDATE: As of 1:01 PM CST, our engineers have resolved the issue and performance has returned to normal. Thank you for your patience.

Backpack was down for 5 minutes for some database maintenance.

Cloud Files will be performing a preventative routine maintenance 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM CDT. The system will remain available and should not effect any customer activity.

[12:30 PM CST] Our Cloud Files systems engineers have completed the preventative maintenance with no customer impact.
