We are investigating elevated error rates for CreateDomain, DeleteDomain and ListDomain API requests.

Cloud Sites – WC1.DFW1 | Online

As of 1:43 PM CST, The Rackspace Cloud Engineers have identified an issue causing degraded performance in our Cloud Sites WC1.DFW1 data center.  This is an isolated Cloud Sites issue causing slowness or the inability to load sites at all.  We’re working diligently to identify the root cause and correct the issue. We will make updates to this blog as we gather more information. 

UPDATE: As of 2:06 PM CST, The Rackspace Cloud Engineers are continuing to work toward resolution.  We don’t have any further updates at this time but will continue to provide updates as we gather more information.  Please refer to this blog for updates as our support channels may be congested at this time.

UPDATE: As of 2:17 PM CST, The Rackspace Cloud Engineers have corrected the issue causing slow performance with Cloud Sites in our WC1.DFW1 data center.  This was in isolated issue and we apologize for the inconvenience.  If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact a

Cloud Sites – WC2.DFW1 | CRON Online

As
of 12:50 PM CST, The Rackspace Cloud system engineers have temporarily
disabled CRON in our WC2.DFW1 data center.  We’re working diligently to
resolve some performance issues on this Cloud Sites node in order to
re-enable.

UPDATE: As of 6:10 PM CST, Rackspace Cloud system engineers have re-enabled CRON.  If you have any other issues, please do not hesitate to contact a

[Completed] miami-b12 Maintenance

We had a raid failure on miami-b12. The server is up and running, however the raid is running a full rebuild, so the disk access might be slower than usual.

We will keep monitoring the progress, and update this post.

Note: All Webbies are up.

Update 11PM EST: The rebuild has fully finished with no problems.

On February 17, The Rackspace Cloud system administrators noticed an issue with our ticketing system, we are currently working to resolve this issue. Updates will be posted accordingly.

Please note that no other technologies will be effected
by this maintenance.
