Basecamp users accessing through Internet Explorer experienced issues due to Javascript.
As
of 12:25 PM CST, The Rackspace Cloud system engineers have temporarily
disabled CRON in our WC2.DFW1 data center. We’re working diligently to
resolve some performance issues on this Cloud Sites node in order to
re-enable.
UPDATE: As of 4:00 PM CST, Rackspace Cloud system engineers have
re-enabled CRON. If you have any other issues, please do not hesitate
