At 3:10PM today we were alerted to an issue which is causing degraded performance on the FTP 3Â servers within our DFW datacenter. We have our admin working to resolve this issue as we speak and expect this issue to be resolved shortly. We will continue to update this status page with more information as we get it. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause and appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue.
UPDATE: As of 3:22PM this issue has been resolved and performance has returned to normal. Once again I apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause and appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue.
