Cloud Sites – WC2.DFW1 | PHP 5-7 | Online

As of 11:20 AM CST, The Rackspace Cloud engineers have identified an issue with our PHP 5-7 cluster in our DFW1.WC2 Data Center.  This is an isolated Cloud Sites issue on a single node that may cause site slowness or sites to not load at all.  We’re working diligently at this time to correct this issue.  We’ll update this post once we have more information.  Please refer to this post for updates as our support channels may be congested at this time.

UPDATE: As of 11:40 AM CST, engineers have corrected the issue affecting PHP 5-7.  All sites on that cluster should once again be loading properly.  If you are experiencing any further issues, please contact a member of our support staff.  Thank you.

DDOS attack in STL-B resolved

There was a short DoS attack in our STL-B data center which may have caused intermittent packet loss to some customers between roughly 10:50-11:00pm CST. Our network engineers have taken steps to mitigate the attack and have confirmed that network traffic has returned to normal.
