Network Issues in STL-B (Resolved)

This issue has been resolved.

Update @11:44 CST – While it has been quite a while since any reports of anyone being affected by these issues, we are still waiting on confirmation from Cogent that they are indeed resolved.

Update @7:10 CST – A few customers are still reporting issues, however it does seem to be better at this time. We are still waiting on an update from Cogent and will let you know as soon as we hear more.

Update @4:07 PM CST – Cogent is still working to resolve the issue. As we have new news we will make it available here.

Update @1:07 PM CST – Cogent has been contacted to look into the issue.

Some customers are experiencing difficulty reaching their slices in STL-B. We are investigating the issue at the moment and will update further when it is resolved.

Cloud Sites | DFW | MySQL Maintenance | March 12, 01:00 – 01:45 am CST | Scheduled

the
morning of Friday, March 12, The Rackspace Cloud system
administrators will be performing routine maintenance across our MySQL
database infrastructure in our Dallas (DFW) data center.  The
necessary maintenance tasks will be performed on each MySQL cluster in
DFW  between 01:00 am and 01:45 am CST.  During the maintenance window,
some clients may see brief connectivity issues.  We expect this
maintenance to have very minimal impact.
