Service is operating normally: [RESOLVED] Network Connectivity

We have confirmed that all affected instances regained full connectivity as of 6:21 PM PDT. Between 5:55 PM PDT and 6:21 PM PDT some instances in the EU-WEST-1 region experienced diminished network connectivity that impaired their ability to connect to other instances and the Internet. During this period of time customers may also have experienced increased latency and elevated error rates for some requests to the Amazon EC2 APIs. We have corrected the cause of the networking issue and confirmed the service is operating normally.

Slice Manager – Unscheduled Slice Manager Maintenance

There is an unscheduled maintenance happening, which means that https://manage.slicehost.com is not available right now. It should be up shortly.

Cloud Servers API and Control Panel Maintenance | March 22nd 07:00 PM to 09:00PM CDT | Completed

Rackspace Cloud engineers will be performing maintenance on our control
panel and Cloud Servers API on March 22nd from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM CDT. During this maintenance
window the Cloud Servers portion of the control panel and the Cloud
Servers API will not be accessible. All other portions of the system
will be fully available with no impact to current running servers. We expect to complete the maintenance within the scheduled
window and apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.

UPDATE: As of 9:10 pm CST, Rackspace Cloud engineers have completed the maintenance on our Cloud Server control
panel and Cloud Servers API.

High Rate of Errors

We have been experiencing a high rate of errors since about 2:04pm PDT (21:04 UTC) and are investigating.

Cloud Control Panel | Maintenance March 22nd 7:00pm – 9:00pm CDT | Completed

Rackspace Cloud engineers will be performing maintenance on our control panel on March 22nd from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM CDT. During this maintenance window the control panel will be temporarily offline and the Cloud Servers API and Cloud Servers portion of the control panel will not be accessible throughout the maintenance. All other portions of the system will be fully available with no impact to sites or database connectivity. We expect to complete the maintenance within the scheduled window and apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.

UPDATE: As of 7:35 pm CST, Rackspace Cloud Engineers have completed the maintenance to the Control Panel.

Cloud Sites – WC2.DFW1 | Random slow loading on websites | Resolved

As of 12:41 PM CST – The Rackspace Cloud engineers are currently seeing occasional slow site loading times on random websites on WC2.DFW1. Customer’s websites in this environment may experience a occasional delay in websites loading. Rackspace Cloud Engineers are currently investigating this issue, and updates will be posted as soon as they are available. 

UPDATE: As of 2:30 PM CST, this issue has been resolved.
