Some users are noticing that after they tweet, the update does not appear or on their profile pages. However, in these cases, the tweet is still being delivered to followers.
We are working on this problem.

We’ve found and fixed the root cause of the problem. We expect profile pages will catch up over the weekend.
The Rackspace Cloud Live Chat will be

At Approximately 2:35pm CST, the Control Panel for Rackspace Cloud Sites, Servers and Cloud Files became inaccessible. Rackspace Cloud Engineers are currently investigating the issue, and further updates will be posted as they become available.Â

Highrise and Campfire were intermittently down for 5 minutes due to server misconfiguration.
We’ve released an update to the RPM with bugfixes, including a problem that was affecting merb users.
The update is version 2.10.8. Â This is basically the 2.10.7 branch that was in our github project, with a bump in the version number. Â We never pushed a gem with the version of 2.10.7.
