Tonight’s network upgrades are complete. Unfortunately, the upgrade was not as smooth as we hoped and we had 3-4 minutes of unexpected downtime. We’re sorry for the trouble and thank you for your patience.
At approximately 7:23PM CST, The Rackspace Cloud engineers
identified an issue on MySQL cluster 50-01, and are actively
investigating this issue. Â This cluster is currently running in a
degraded state. Updates to this issue will be posted as they become
available.
UPDATE- As of 7:42Pm CST, the issue has been resolved.

3:15pm (EST): The Newark facility was the target of a brief DoS attack. The attack was mitigated quickly and network issues in Newark should be resolved at this time.
At 19:00 UTC today, we’ll be withdrawing our routes from our Miami facility for scheduled maintenance. All services will be routed to alternate sites and continue to function as normal. The site will be back online at approximately 02:00 UTC.
