UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed.
On Tuesday, September 7th, from 08:00 UTC to 09:00 UTC (3:00AM – 4:00AM CDT), one of our network providers will be performing a maintenance at their St. Louis, Missouri location. The impact is expected to be minimal during the maintenance, but you may experience a brief period of intermittent connectivity to any slices located in our STL-A and STL-B data centers.

At approximately 1:00 PM CDT, the Rackspace Cloud engineers identified an issue on MySQL cluster 50-74 in our DFW data center. Currently, the cluster is running in a degraded state (customers will be experiencing latency issues). Our engineers are working on identifying and resolving the issue. We will be updating this post as more information is available.
Update: As of 1:30PM CDT, Rackspace Engineers had identified and resolved the issues with MySQL cluster 50-74 in the DFW data center.Â

Sep 3 2010 5:37AM Fabric management operations (deploy, VIP swap, etc.) are currently not possible in North Central US due to maintenance done in this region. Tenants that have already been deployed should be accessible and running without impact. Storage accounts are not impacted.
