[Windows Azure Storage] [West Europe] [Yellow] Windows Azure Service Degradation

Working on stale search results

Results from tweet search are delayed several hours and we are working on the underlying problem.

Update at 9:18 PM: This issue has been resolved. Search results are back to normal. 

STL-A and STL-B Network Provider Maintenance

UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed.

On Tuesday, September 7th, from 08:00 UTC to 09:00 UTC (3:00AM – 4:00AM CDT), one of our network providers will be performing a maintenance at their St. Louis, Missouri location. The impact is expected to be minimal during the maintenance, but you may experience a brief period of intermittent connectivity to any slices located in our STL-A and STL-B data centers.

IMPACT: There may be a brief period of intermittent connectivity to any slices located in our STL-A and STL-B data centers.

Rackspace Cloud Sites | MySQL 50-74.wc1.dfw1 | Online

At approximately 1:00 PM CDT, the Rackspace Cloud engineers identified an issue on MySQL cluster 50-74 in our DFW data center. Currently, the cluster is running in a degraded state (customers will be experiencing latency issues).  Our engineers are working on identifying and resolving the issue.  We will be updating this post as more information is available.

Update: As of 1:30PM CDT, Rackspace Engineers had identified and resolved the issues with MySQL cluster 50-74 in the DFW data center.

Investigating invalid responses from the API

We are investigating reports of users receiving invalid responses from the API.

Update at 11:59 AM: This issue has been resolved.

Emergency Miami-B Server Reboots.

We have finished migrating all nodes in the Miami-B site on to the new power grid. Each node was turned off, circuits moved over, and started back up. All Webbies should be up, please get in touch with Support via the Webby Manager if your Webby is still down.

Sorry for this hassle, but we have to take this precaution in order to avoid further power issues.

Miami-b08 Emergency Maintenance

We are currently performing an emergency maintenance on miami-b08. At this time we are working on moving everyone off of miami-b08 to a new node. All Webbies are safe, we are taking all the necessary steps to ensure no data loss.

[Windows Azure Compute] [North Central US] [Yellow] Windows Azure Compute Service Degradation

Sep 3 2010 5:37AM Fabric management operations (deploy, VIP swap, etc.) are currently not possible in North Central US due to maintenance done in this region. Tenants that have already been deployed should be accessible and running without impact. Storage accounts are not impacted.
