The Rackspace Cloud system engineers will be performing maintenance on Saturday February 25th, 2012, from 1:00 AM – 2:00 AM CST. Due to the nature of maintenance these databases may be offline for approximately 15 minutes during this window.

UPDATE @ 8:53 AM CST: This issue should be resolved at this time.
We are experiencing some network connectivity issues in a portion of our DFW datacenter. Our engineers are currently working to resolve this issue. Updates will be posted to this page as they become available.

Message: Between 9:52 PM and 11:21 PM PST a small number of instances experienced elevated packet loss between Availability Zones. Internet connectivity was not affected. The service is now operating normally.

There is ongoing maintenance on SAN3 starting at 8:00 GMT. Planned duration 2.5-3 hours.
All VMs will be powered down and power actions will be disabled on cloud.

Maintenance is over. All VMs are up.
