We’re still working with Comcast to resolve inaccessibility issues.
Customers in the Pacific Northwest have been experiencing inaccessibility for Basecamp and Highrise today due to an issue with a local network provider. We’re working with them to resolve it.
Amazon’s s3 storage system was down for about 15 minutes, rendering unavailable some files in Basecamp and Campfire. Sortfolio was also down during this outage. Service is fully restored now.
All applications were inaccessible for 70 minutes due to a issue with our network provider. All issues have been resolved.
Writeboards were inaccessible through Basecamp and Backpack for 20 minutes.
We’re currently investigating an issue with Writeboards when accessed through Basecamp and Backpack, sorry for the continued trouble.
Writeboard is back online with all restored data in place.
Writeboard is about 30 minutes away from recovery. No data has been lost.
Writeboard came back up after some database maintenance.
