Highrise search was down for about 15 minutes this morning. We’re sorry for the trouble.

Users experienced issues accessing Highrise for approximately 15 minutes.

Basecamp users accessing through Internet Explorer experienced issues due to Javascript.

Campfire is having some performance problems off and on. We’ll be performing maintenance tonight in hopes of solving this once and for all.

We battled with avatar issues all day before taking them offline for a while. We’ve now located the issue and they’re back in business. Sorry for the confusion and scare.

We deployed some code this morning that caused the wrong avatar images to be displayed in some cases. This problem should now be fixed. We’re sorry for the trouble.

Campfire was intermittently slow during 10 minutes.

Backpack was down for 5 minutes for some database maintenance.

Between 19:58 and 20:04 UTC, there were some sporadic problems with Highrise being unreachable or dropping connections unexpectedly. We’re sorry for the trouble.
