We are aware that our site is down. We restarted our master database and it’s having problems coming back up. Update [9:30pm]: Our DBA has resolved the problem and the master database is up. The site should be up too. Filed under: Service Updates

We had a database crash at about 4:45 AM PDT. It took  about 15 minutes to bring the DB back up and get things stablized. During that time some customers were unable to see or collect data. We apologize for any inconvenience. Filed under: Service Updates

Our site is having a problem and we are investigating. Update [7:54pm]: Looks like things are recovering. Update [8:15PM] The issue was traced to a faulty piece of equipment, it is being replaced  now. The site was unavailable for about 5 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
