At approximately 10:20PM Central time we became aware of an issue in the Cloud control panel which may result in an error message when customers try to list devices on an account. We are currently investigating and will have more information as soon as possible. Our Engineers are diligently working to resolve this issue.
UPDATE: as of 10:47pm Central the issue has been resolved. The issue was related to a maintenance that was not expected to result in interruption. We apologize for any inconvenience.
