At approximately 10:50 AM CT, the Rackspace Cloud engineers identified an issue on PHP 5-21 in our ORD data center. Currently, the cluster is running in a degraded state. Our engineers are diligently working on resolving the issue.
UPDATE: As of 11:40 AM CT, Rackspace Engineers resolved the issue. Services are back to online status.

As of about 10:45 AM CT, the Rackspace Cloud engineers identified an issue on MySQL 50-91 in our DFW1 data center. At this time, connections to this database server are intermittently affected. Our engineers are diligently working on resolving the issue.
Update: At about 11:40 AM CT, Cloud Administrators have looked into the issues on mysql50-91 and currently monitoring its activity.
Update: At about 12:40 PM CT, the MySQL 50-91 cluster began to experience degradation again, and our Engineers are currently investigating this issue. Thanks for your patience.
UPDATE: At about 2:15 PM CT, the Engineers made configuration changes to mitigate the effects of this intermittent issue. At this time, the issue has been resolved, and we will continue to monitor this cluster.

At approximately 9:35 AM CT, the Rackspace Cloud Operations team identified a network traffic issue within WC2 of our DFW Data Center that is affecting multiple clusters (SSL, PHP, etc.). Currently, customer sites may be down or experiencing latency connectivity. Our Operations team is actively working to resolve the issue.
As of 10:00AM CT, our Engineers continue working on this issue. We thank you for your patience.

Rackspace will conduct a Priority Maintenance to our DFW datacenter infrastructure on Thursday, February 9th, 2012 between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM CST. Cloud Servers, Cloud Files and Cloud Load Balancers customers utilizing ‘ServiceNet’ (private network connections) in specific areas of our DFW1 and DFW2 data centers, will experience brief private network ('ServiceNet') interruptions.
Throughout the majority of this maintenance, ‘Servicenet’ will function and operate as normal. Customers utilizing ‘Servicenet’ may however experience brief moments of service unavailability lasting up to 5 minutes.
Example applications of ServiceNet include: CloudServers backups to Cloud Files, Cloud Servers ServiceNet calls to Cloud Files, using Load Balancers in conjunction with your Cloud Server(s) and other applications that require establishing a connection to another Cloud Server instance using its private IP address (10.x.x.x) instead of it's public IP address.

At approximately 1:45 PM CT, Rackspace Cloud engineers have identified an issue with PHP clusters in DFW wc2. Customer websites that reside on these particular clusters may experience intermittent timeouts, no suitable node errors, and/or longer load times. Our engineers continue working towards a resolution.
At approximately 2:10 OM CT, our Rackspace Cloud engineers were able to resolve the issue. Functionality has returned; however, if you continue to experience issues, please dont hesitate to contact your support team!
