21:00 Feb, 21: We have issue with SAN2 on Chicago E Cloud. Our L3 techs are working to fix the problem as soon as they can. Power action buttons are disabled for all VPSs on this Cloud.
23:00 Feb, 21: The issue is fixed and we are starting all VPSs there. All of them should be up not later than in 30 – 60 minutes. If you see any problems with your VPS after that, please create ticket.

10:00 GMT, Feb 19 : We have unexpected temporary issue with SAN on Atlanta B Cloud. Our L3 techs are working to fix it as soon as possible. For that time Power action buttons are disabled. After fix all VPSs on that SAN will be rebooted.

13:00 GMT, Feb 19 : The issue is fixed and all VPSs should be back on-line. If you have some problems with stop/start your VPS, please contact support team.

07:00 GMT, Feb 19 : We have unexpected temporary issue with SAN on Chicago A Cloud. Our L3 techs are working to fix it as soon as possible. After fix all VPSs on that SAN will be rebooted. For that time Power action buttons are disabled.

08:30 GMT, Feb 19 : The issue with SAN should be fixed and all VPSs are in startup queue. All of them will be up not less than in 1 hour.

09:30 GMT, Feb 19 : Most of VPSs are back on-line, but some of them still are down. Our L3 techs are working to fix and bring up all of them.

12:00 GMT, Feb 19 : All issues should be fixed and VPSs started. If you have problems with stop/start your VPSs there please contact our support.

Feb, 16 16:41 GMT We are experiencing some connectivity issues on the cloud. Our L3 team is working to resolve the issue.

Feb, 16 17:27 GMT SAN is currently unreachable. DC techs are working to bring SAN online.
Feb 16, 23:28 GMT The issue had been resolved. All VMs have been started.

February 15, 6:06 AM GMT We experience connectivity issue to one of our London cloud F SAN’s. This is being investigated
7:25 AM GMT DC techs are working on this issue
7:57 AM GMT file system check is being performed on SAN
8:28 AM GMT All affected VM’s are being restarted.

Dear customers,
we are going to perform emergency maintenance at Atlanta cloud D starting February 19, 12:10 AM GMT in order to solve recent performance issues. All VM’s will be stopped for 30 minutes.

UPDATE 00:57 AM GMT Maintenance has been finished. We will be starting VM’s shortly.
UPDATE 01:06 AM GMT All VM’s are being started.
